Sound boards

Choose your sound board

The board decides how the blade lights up and how much you can customise. The hilt and blade stay the same.

Buying guide

How to choose a lightsaber

Every saber here is a metal dueling saber. Four things set them apart.

The hilt

Every hilt is aluminium alloy. The models differ in shape, finish and length, from 24.6 cm (Regent) to 38.5 cm (Nomad). Pick the design you like first, then the sound board.

The blade

Every blade is 1-inch (25.4 mm) polycarbonate and 82 cm long. It is made for light to medium contact in choreographed duels.

The sound board

The board decides how the blade lights up. RGB boards (RGB-S16, SD-RGB) light the blade from the hilt. Neopixel boards (SN-Pixel V4, Proffie, Xenopixel) drive an LED strip inside the blade, so it lights up from the hilt to the tip and the effects look richer. Compare the boards.

Colours and sound

You don’t pick a blade colour when you buy: every saber has 12+ colours built in and you change them with the button on the hilt. All of them have smooth swing sound, flash on clash and several sound fonts.

FAQ

Lightsaber questions

Can I duel with these lightsabers?

Yes, with light to medium contact. The 1-inch polycarbonate blade is made for choreographed duels. Don’t hit hard objects with it.

Which lightsaber is best for a beginner?

Any model with the RGB-S16 board is a good first saber: it has 12+ colours, smooth swing sound and flash on clash at the lowest price. The sabers are for ages 14+.

What is the difference between RGB and Neopixel?

An RGB board lights the blade with an LED in the hilt. A Neopixel board drives an LED strip inside the blade, so the blade lights up from the hilt to the tip and the effects look richer.

Do I have to choose a blade colour?

No. Every saber has 12+ colours built in. You switch between them with the button on the hilt.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. You get a 2-year legal guarantee on the electronics and 14 days to return the saber from the day it arrives. The details are in the refund policy.
