14 days to change your mind

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the saber. If you ordered several items that arrive separately, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

To cancel, tell us before the 14 days run out. Email support@ineonplay.com with your order number, or use the form at the end of this page. It is enough to send your message before the deadline.

Sending the saber back

  • Send the saber back within 14 days of telling us that you are cancelling.
  • Return address: KOMERSO EOOD, 49 Tsar Ivan Asen II St., 6000 Stara Zagora, Bulgaria
  • Return shipping: you pay the cost of sending the saber back.
  • Pack the hilt, blade and accessories so they cannot break in transit. We recommend a tracked service.

Your refund

  • We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
  • If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard one, we refund only the cost of the standard one.
  • We may wait to refund you until the saber is back with us or you send us proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first.
  • We refund to the payment method you used, at no extra cost to you, unless you agree to something else.
  • You can handle and test the saber as you would in a shop. If it comes back with more wear or damage than that, we may deduct the loss in value.

Faulty or damaged sabers

Every saber has a 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law. If it arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us at support@ineonplay.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will repair or replace it. If that is not possible, we will reduce the price or refund you in full. This guarantee is separate from the 14 days to change your mind, and we cover the return costs for faulty sabers.

The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, such as hitting hard objects, full-contact duelling or opening the electronics.

Cancellation form
